With the acceleration of urbanization,as an important component of modern urban construction,the reasonable control of the engineering cost of rail transit projects is of great significance for the successful implementation of projects and the sustainable development of cities.This paper focuses on the construction cost indicators of urban rail transit in Shenzhen,and deeply analyzes the key factors that affect the construction cost indicators through the collection and organization of a large amount of actual engineering data.At the same time,combined with the typical cases,the differences in the cost indicators of different urban rail transit projects are compared,and the targeted cost control strategies and optimization suggestions are proposed,which provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the cost management of urban rail transit projects,and help realize the optimal allocation of resources and the effective control of cost.
