摘要
M310机组是国内运行核电厂的典型机组,该机组在役检查规范为RSEM,相对ASME BPVC第XI卷存在许多缺点。如引入了许多射线检验,需要执行系统和设备定期水压试验等。这些缺点显著降低了电厂的经济性。本文基于国家核安全局发布的技术见解,针对国内典型的M310机组开展了一回路在役检查规范切换的应用研究,首先通过分析确定了规范切换过程中的关键技术问题,包括机组所有B-J类焊缝检查要求的确定、规范转换后无损检查验收标准的确定、规范外附加检验要求的确定、新增检查项目的能力验证、部分检查项目不可达问题等。并针对关键问题开展了相关分析论证,提出了解决方案。
Unit M310 is a typical unit of in-service NPP in China,and the in-service inspection code of this unit is RSEM,which has many disadvantages compared to ASME BPVC Section XI.For example,many radiographic tests have been required,and periodic hydrostatic tests of systems and equipment need to be performed.These shortcomings significantly reduce the economy of the power plant.Based on the technical insights released by the National Nuclear Safety Administration,this paper carries out the application research on the in-service inspection code switching of the primary circuit for typical M310 units in China,and firstly determines the key technical problems in the process of rules switching,including the determination of all B-J weld inspection requirements of the unit,the determination of the acceptance criteria for non-destructive inspection after the conversion,the determination of the additional inspection requirements outside the code,the proficiency testing of the new inspection items,and the unreachability of some inspection items.And the key problems were analyzed and demonstrated,and solutions were proposed.
