The standardized and normalized management of irrigation areas is an important means to improve the management level of the irrigation areas comprehensively,ensure the safe operation and sustainable benefits of the large and medium-sized irrigation projects,and serve the rural revitalization strategy and the development of economic and social.The article conducts a in-depth research and summary on the practical experience of the standardized and normalized management in Qingtongxia irrigation district,Ningxia,and explores its effectiveness and inspiration in optimizing the organizational management,improving the safety management level,strengthening the engineering management,refining the water supply and use management,upgrading the information management,and standardizing the economic management.The aim is to provide useful reference for the modernization construction of irrigation district and promote the sustainable development of the water conservancy in irrigation district.
