水土资源对于人类的生存与进步至关重要,同时也是构成自然环境的核心要素。然而,由于人类的生产活动,水土流失问题持续出现,导致我国水土流失的形势依然严峻。这种现象对城乡基础设施、生态环境以及国民经济的持续发展均产生了负面影响。因此,本文以银川都市圈中线供水工程为例,从生态保护的角度出发,依据地方特色进行水土流失防治区域的划分,并深入探讨了水土流失的特性。进一步,我们为该项目量身定制了水土流失的防治措施,这不仅对防止工程扰动导致的水土流失、保护当地生态环境具有重大意义,而且为将来类似项目的规划与设计提供了有价值的参考。

Water and soil resources are crucial for human survival and progress,and are also the core elements that make up the natural environment.However,due to human production activities,soil erosion continues to occur,resulting in a severe situation of soil erosion in China.This phenomenon has had a negative impact on urban and rural infrastructure,ecological environment,and the sustainable development of the national economy.Therefore,this article takes the water supply project along the central line of the Yinchuan metropolitan area as an example,and from the perspective of ecological protection,divides the areas for soil erosion prevention and control based on local characteristics,and deeply explores the characteristics of soil erosion.Furthermore,we have tailored prevention and control measures for soil erosion for this project,which is not only of great significance for preventing soil erosion caused by engineering disturbance and protecting the local ecological environment,but also provides valuable reference for the planning and design of similar projects in the future.
