原油储罐泄漏风险及消防措施

摘要 以某重质油原油储罐为研究对象,考察了不同因素对储罐底板钢材腐蚀速率的影响,并评价了新型高效泡沫灭火剂SF-1对模拟原油储罐的灭火性能。结果表明:随着原油中含水率、溶解氧质量浓度以及实验温度的逐渐升高,原油储罐底板钢材的腐蚀速率逐渐增大;Q235和Q345钢材的腐蚀速率相对较大,而不锈钢304的腐蚀速率相对较小。新型高效泡沫灭火剂SF-1对模拟原油储罐的灭火效果较好,泡沫供给强度和发泡倍数越大,泡沫25%析液时间越长,模拟原油储罐的灭火时间相对就越短,灭火效率相对就越高。 A heavy crude oil tank was taken as the research object to investigate the influence of different factors on the corrosion rate of the tank bottom steel,and the fire extinguishing performance of the new high-efficiency foam extinguishing agent SF-1 on the simulated crude oil tank was evaluated.The results showed that with the gradual increase of water content,dissolved oxygen mass concentration in crude oil and experimental temperature,the corrosion rate of steel on the bottom plate of crude oil storage tanks gradually increased;the corrosion rates of Q235 and Q345 steel were relatively high,while the corrosion rate of stainless steel 304 was relatively low.The new high-efficiency foam extinguishing agent SF-1 had good extinguishing effect on the simulated crude oil storage tank.The greater the foam supply intensity and foaming ratio,the longer the 25%liquid separation time of foam,the shorter the extinguishing time and the higher the extinguishing efficiency of the simulated crude oil storage tank.
