基于5G网络的黑广播监管云平台设计

摘要 为维护调频广播传播秩序和保障受众的收听权益,广播电视监管机构需及时发现、识别和定位黑广播发射装置。本文利用多通道接收机、5G网络和云服务器等设施和软件无线电、音频分类、语音识别、声纹检索等技术,设计了具备广播信号采集、解调、监听、识别、预警和报告生成等功能的新一代黑广播智能监管云平台,解决现有技术系统存在采样数据量大、传输速度慢、监听耗时长,且准确率低、计算和网络资源调配困难等问题,为建设分布式黑广播监管网提供技术支撑。 In order to maintain the order of FM broadcasting transmission and protect the audience's listening rights,it is necessary for radio and television regulatory authorities to timely discover,identify,and locate black broadcasting transmission devices.This article utilizes facilities such as multi-channel receivers,5G network,and cloud servers,as well as technologies such as software radio,audio classification,voice recognition,and voiceprint search,to design a new generation of intelligent black broadcasting regulatory cloud platform with functions such as broadcasting signal collection,demodulation,monitoring,identification,early warning,and report generation.This platform aims to solve existing technical system problems such as large sampling data volume,slow transmission speed,long monitoring time,low accuracy,and difficulty in computing and network resource allocation,providing technical support for the construction of a distributed black broadcasting regulatory network.
