省主干网光缆线路衰减运维管理平台的设计与实现

摘要 本文从总体功能、监测流程、抢修方案及流程三大方面对省主干网光缆线路衰减运维管理平台进行了详细介绍,并提出基于北向接口服务的数据快速监测法与保护通道线路衰减场景下的波道宿端光信噪比预测算法,解决了无法精准判定保护通道发生衰减时的影响程度的难点问题,实现了对全网光缆线路的精准运维,显著提升了线路故障抢修效率。 This paper provides a detailed overview of the attenuation operation and maintenance management platform for provincial backbone network optical cable lines,focusing on overall functionality,monitoring processes,and emergency repair solutions.It introduces a rapid data monitoring method based on northbound interface services and a predictive algorithm for optical signal-to-noise ratio at the destination end of channels in protection channel attenuation scenarios.These innovations address the challenge of accurately assessing the impact of attenuation in protection channels,enabling precise operation and maintenance of the entire network of optical cable lines.Consequently,they significantly enhance the efficiency of fault repair for these lines.
