Research on High Definition Upgrade Plan for Local Program Terrestrial Digital TV

本文基于云南省广播电视局于2023年进行的工作调研,综合考虑了需求、技术、政策以及事业发展等多重因素,对云南省地面数字电视高清化升级过程中遭遇的若干问题进行深入剖析,并针对性地提出了一系列解决方案。这些分析与策略将为未来相关项目的设计与实施提供有力的参考和依据,确保升级工作的顺利进行。

Based on the work survey of Yunnan Radio and Television Administration in 2023,this article explores some problems faced by the highdefinition upgrade of terrestrial digital television in Yunnan Province from the aspects of demand,technology,policy,and career development,and analyzes them.Some solutions are proposed to provide some reference and basis for the design and implementation of related projects in the future.
