摘要
2023年9月,国家广播电视总局、工业和信息化部、国家市场监督管理总局联合印发《关于进一步加强车载音视频管理的通知》,传递出国家广电及相关部门开始重视车载空间作为舆论阵地的信号。本文基于移动互联网视听节目监管模型,就车载视听产业进行研究展望,探讨并提出适应车载视听节目特点的监管策略,旨在推动车载视听产业健康有序可持续发展,并为广电部门实施监管策略提供有效的参考。
In September 2023,the National Radio and Television Administration,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,and the State Administration for Market Regulation jointly issued the“Notice on Further Strengthening the Management of Vehicle Audiovisual Programs”,conveying a signal that the State Administration of Radio and Television and related departments have begun to attach importance to in-vehicle space as a public opinion platform.This article is based on the regulatory model of mobile internet audiovisual programs and conducts research prospects on the vehicle audiovisual industry.It explores and proposes regulatory strategies that adapt to the characteristics of vehicle audiovisual programs,aiming to promote the healthy,orderly,and sustainable development of the vehicle audiovisual industry,and provide effective strategies and references for the implementation of regulation by the Radio and Television Administrate departments.
