大舾件结构化设计的策划与实施

摘要 本文提出大舾件结构化设计的原则,简要介绍了大舾件结构化设计的整体策划和实施方法及其设计流程、实施要点,可使大舾件制作、安装工序前移,实现降本增效,并结合在建的某大型工程船舶的三个大舾件雷达桅、锚机基座和吊机钩箱结构化前移实例进行对比分析,总结大舾件结构化前移的整体实施经验,可为类似项目提供借鉴参考。 This paper proposes the principles of structured design for large outfitting,briefly introduces the overall planning and implementation methods of structured design for large outfitting,as well as the design process and implementation points.It can move the production and installation processes of large outfitting forward,save cost and efficiency improvement,compare and analyze the three large outfitting of radar mast,anchor windlass seating and crane hook box structured forward examples of large engineering vessel under construction.The overall implementation experience of structured forward design for large outfitting is summarized,which can provide reference for similar projects.
