早期整形修复对烧伤患者治疗有效性的研究

Study on the Effectiveness of Early Plastic Repair in the Treatment of Burn Plastic Patients

目的:探讨早期整形修复治疗在烧伤患者中的应用效果.方法:选取2015年1月—2020年10月我院收治的50例烧伤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各25例.对照组烧伤10 d后进行治疗,观察组烧伤10 d内进行治疗,比较分析2组治疗总有效率、皮片成活率、外观平整度、二次手术率、并发症发生情况及生活质量评分.结果:观察组二次手术率、并发症发生率均低于对照组,治疗总有效率、皮片成活率、外观平整度及生活质量评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:早期整形修复治疗在烧伤患者中具有较好的应用效果,可有效提高治疗有效率与皮片成活率,恢复外观平整,降低二次手术与相关并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量.

Objective:To investigate the application effect of early plastic repair treatment in burn patients.Methods:50 burn patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to October 2020 were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated 10 days after burn,and the observation group was treated within 10 days after burn.The total effective rate,skin survival rate,appearance smoothness,second operation rate,complications and quality of life score of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The second operation rate and complication rate of observation group were lower than control group,the total effective rate,skin survival rate,appearance smoothness and quality of life scores were higher than those of control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early plastic repair therapy has a good application effect in burn patients,which can effectively improve the treatment efficiency and skin survival rate,restore the appearance smooth,reduce the occurrence of secondary surgery and related complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.
