Bobath运动联合早期肺康复对缺血性脑卒中患者运动功能及生活质量的影响

Effects of Bobath exercise combined with early pulmonary rehabilitation on motor function and quality of life in patients with ischemic stroke

目的探讨Bobath运动联合早期肺康复对缺血性脑卒中患者运动功能及生活质量的影响。方法选择神经内科2021年7月至2022年12月收治的缺血性脑卒中患者100例,随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50例,接受常规康复干预)和观察组(n=50例,接受Bobath运动+早期肺康复),比较2组运动功能、肺功能及生活质量。结果观察组简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组1 s用力肺活量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)和1秒率(FEV1/FVC)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);2组的健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)总分均较干预前提升,且相观察组提升显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Bobath运动联合早期肺康复在缺血性脑卒中患者干预中可以显著改善运动功能和肺功能,并促进生活质量的提高。

Objective To explore the effect of Bobath exercise combined with early pulmonary rehabilitation on motor function and quality of life in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 100 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to the Department of Neurology from July 2021 to December 2022 were selected.They were randomly assigned into the control group(n=50,routine rehabilitation intervention)and observation group(n=50,Bobath exercise combined with early pulmonary rehabilitation)according to the random number table method.The motor function,pulmonary function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the observation group had significantly higher forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV1/FVC than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total scores of the 36-Item Short Form Survey(SF-36)in both groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,which were significantly higher in the observation group than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bobath exercise combined with early pulmonary rehabilitation in the intervention of patients with ischemic stroke can significantly improve motor function and pulmonary function,and promote the improvement of quality of life.
