超声引导下微创旋切术治疗乳腺纤维瘤的效果

Effect of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive rotary resection in the treatment of breast fibroadenoma

目的:探讨乳腺纤维瘤应用超声引导下微创旋切术治疗的效果。方法:队列研究。抽取2021年1月至2023年12月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的乳腺纤维瘤患者104例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组52例。对照组予以常规手术方案治疗,观察组予以微创旋切术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组手术时间、切口愈合时间、住院时间较少于对照组,瘢痕长度较短于对照组,出血量较少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(5.77%,3/52)低于对照组(21.15%,11/52),P<0.05;观察组乳房美容优良率(94.23%,49/52)高于对照组(76.92%,40/52),P<0.05。结论:与常规手术比较,微创旋切术用于乳腺纤维瘤中可缩短手术与恢复时间,且手术出血少,瘢痕长度短,并发症少,患者乳房美容效果更好。

Objective:To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive rotary resection in the treatment of breast fibroadenoma.Methods:A total of 104 patients with breast fibroadenoma admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected for the cohort study.And they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated by conventional surgical procedures,while the observation group was treated by minimally invasive rotary resection.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter operation time,shorter incision healing time,shorter hospital stay,shorter scar length,and less bleeding volume(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(5.77%,3/52)was lower than that in the control group(21.15%,11/52),P<0.05.The excellent rate of cosmetic outcome of the breast in the observation group(94.23%,49/52)was higher than that in the control group(76.92%,40/52),P<0.05.Conclusions:Minimally invasive rotary resection of breast fibroadenoma can shorten the operation and recovery time compared with conventional surgery,and patients treated by the protocol have less bleeding,shorter scar length,fewer complications,and better cosmetic outcome of the breast.
