一次性根管治疗和多次根管治疗对急性牙髓炎的疗效比较

Comparison of therapeutic effect of one-time root canal therapy and multiple-visit root canal therapy on acute pulpitis

目的:比较一次性根管治疗和多次根管治疗对急性牙髓炎的治疗效果。方法:队列研究。抽取2018年4月至2021年4月濮阳市人民医院收治的急性牙髓炎患者100例,按随机数字表法分为一次组与多次组,每组50例。一次组采用一次性根管治疗,多次组采用多次根管治疗。比较两组临床疗效、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、治疗满意度及不良反应发生率。结果:一次组总有效率(96.00%,48/50)高于多次组(78.00%,39/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,一次组VAS评分[(2.48±0.37)分]低于多次组[(2.78±0.39)分],治疗满意度[(94.38±1.98)分]高于多次组[(84.87±3.76)分],P<0.05;一次组不良反应发生率(8.00%,4/50)与多次组(12.00%,6/50)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与多次根管治疗比较,急性牙髓炎应用一次性根管治疗,可减轻疼痛度,临床效果和安全性良好,可提高治疗满意度。

Objective:To compare the clinical effect of one-time root canal therapy root canal therapy and multiple-visit root canal therapy in the treatment of acute pulpitis.Methods:The cohort study was conducted on 100 patients with acute pulpitis admitted to Puyang People’s Hospital from April 2018 to April 2021,and the selected patients were divided into a one-time group and a multiple-visit group using a random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The one-time group was treated by one-time root canal therapy,and the multiple-visit group was treated by multiple-visit root canal therapy.The clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,treatment satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the one-time group(96.00%,48/50)was higher than that of the multiple-visit group(78.00%,39/50),P<0.05.After treatment,the VAS score in the one-time group(2.48±0.37)was lower than that in the multiple-visit group(2.78±0.39),while the treatment satisfaction of the one-time group(94.38±1.98)was higher than that of the multiple-visit group(84.87±3.76),P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the one-time group(8.00%,4/50)and the multiple-visit group(12.00%,6/50),P>0.05.Conclusions:Compared with multiple-visit root canal therapy,the use of one-time root canal therapy for acute pulpitis can reduce pain,achieve good clinical effects and safety,and improve treatment satisfaction.
