温阳促孕方辅助西药治疗多囊卵巢不孕症临床研究

Clinical Study on Wenyang Cuyun Prescription Assisting Western Medicine for Polycystic Ovary Infertility

目的:观察温阳促孕方辅助西药治疗多囊卵巢不孕症患者的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析100例多囊卵巢不孕症患者的临床资料,根据患者的临床治疗方案分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组予以氯米芬治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以温阳促孕方治疗。比较2组治疗前后性激素水平、卵巢体积、卵泡数目、子宫内膜厚度、卵巢动脉血流,并比较2组不良反应及妊娠情况。结果:治疗后,2组黄体生成素水平降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组雌二醇、卵泡刺激素水平均升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组卵巢体积减小(P<0.05),且观察组小于对照组(P<0.05);2组卵泡数目减少(P<0.05),且观察组少于对照组(P<0.05);2组子宫内膜厚度增加(P<0.05),且观察组厚于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2卵巢动脉血流搏动指数(PI)及阻力指数(RI)均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组临床妊娠率64.00%,高于对照组36.00%(P<0.05)。结论:温阳促孕方辅助西药治疗多囊卵巢不孕症,能改善性激素水平、子宫内膜厚度、卵巢动脉血流及妊娠情况,且具有一定安全性。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wenyang Cuyun Prescription assisting western medicine on patients with polycystic ovary infertility.Methods:The clinical data of 100 patients with polycystic ovary infertility were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the clinical treatment method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Clomifene,and the observation group was additionally treated with Wenyang Cuyun Prescription based on the treatment of the control group.Sex hormone levels,ovarian volume,follicle number,endometrial thickness,and ovarian arterial blood flow before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and adverse reactions and pregnancy status were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of estradiol and follicle stimulating hormone in the two groups were increased(P<0.05),and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ovarian volume in the two groups were reduced(P<0.05),and the ovarian volume in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The number of follicles in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the number in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness in the two groups was increased(P<0.05),and the endometrial thickness in the observation group was thicker than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pulsation index(PI)and resistance index(RI)in ovarian artery blood flow were decreased(P<0.05),and the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The clinical pregnancy rate was 64.00%in the observation group,which was higher than that of 36.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenyang Cuyun Prescription assisting western medicine for polycystic ovary infertility can improve sex hormone levels,endometrial thickness,ovarian artery blood flow and pregnancy,and has certain safety.
