无创呼吸机联合常规治疗在重症肺炎患者中的应用价值

摘要 目的:分析无创呼吸机联合常规治疗在重症肺炎患者中的应用价值。方法:选取宜春市人民医院2021年1月—2023年8月收治的82例重症肺炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=41,给予常规治疗)和观察组(n=41,给予常规治疗联合无创呼吸机)。评估两组临床疗效、心率、血气分析指标、呼吸频率、炎症因子水平。结果:与对照组总有效率(75.61%)比较,观察组总有效率(95.12%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗7 d后的心率、呼吸频率均低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗7 d后的动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、动脉血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))水平均高,动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))水平低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗7 d后的炎症因子水平均低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重症肺炎患者采用无创呼吸机联合常规治疗的效果明显,能够降低炎症因子水平,改善血气指标。 Objective:To analyze the application value of non-invasive ventilator combined with conventional treatment in patients with severe pneumonia.Method:A total of 82 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to Yichun People's Hospital from January 2021 to August 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=41,given conventional treatment)and observation group(n=41,given conventional treatment combined with non-invasive ventilator)according to random number method.The clinical efficacy,heart rate,blood gas analysis indexes,respiratory rate and inflammatory factors levels of the two groups were evaluated.Result:Compared with the total effective rate(75.61%)of the control group,the total effective rate(95.12%)of the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the heart rate and respiratory rate of observation group after 7 days of treatment were lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with control group,arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaO_(2))and arterial oxygen saturation(SaO_(2))levels in observation group were higher after 7 days of treatment,and the arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaCO_(2))level was lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower after 7 days of treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Non-invasive ventilator combined with conventional treatment in patients with severe pneumonia has obvious effect,which can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and improve blood gas indexes.
