摘要
颌面部间隙感染是指在口腔、颌面部及颈部潜在间隙内发生的炎症的总称,是口腔常见的急症之一,严重时可引起颅内感染或纵隔炎等并发症。由于抗生素耐药性的增加,临床需要迅速有效地识别病原菌。新一代测序技术的发展为临床早期明确致病菌提供新的检测方法,从而及时了解病原菌分布特点,以确定抗生素种类,并针对性应用,以期获得良好的治疗结果。本文对口腔颌面部间隙感染相关病原菌的特点及耐药情况进行总结,旨在制订合理有效的个性化用药方案,为临床研究及试验用药提供借鉴。
Maxillofacial space infection is a general term for inflammation in the oral cavity,maxillofacial and neck potential spaces,and is one of the common oral emergencies,which can cause intracranial infection or mediastinitis in severe cases.Due to the increase in antibiotic resistance,rapid and effective identification of pathogenic bacteria is needed in clinic.The development of next-generation sequencing technology provides a new detection method for identifying pathogenic bacteria in early clinical stage,so as to timely understand the distribution characteristics of pathogenic bacteria,determine the types of antibiotics,and target application,in order to obtain good treatment results.In this paper,the characteristics and drug resistance of pathogens associated with oral and maxillofacial space infection were summarized,aiming at formulating reasonable and effective personalized medication protocols,and providing references for clinical research and experimental drug use.
