NLRP3炎症小体在肺癌中的研究进展

摘要 核苷酸结合结构域富含亮氨酸重复序列和含热蛋白结构域受体3(nucleotide-binding domain leucine-rich repeat and pyrin domain-containing receptor 3,NLRP3)炎症小体是重要的炎症反应调节因子,可诱导炎症级联反应,参与细胞凋亡。炎症与肿瘤发生发展存在某种关联。本文对NLRP3炎症小体的研究进展及其在肺癌发生发展和治疗方面的相关研究成果进行综述,旨在为肺癌的临床预后及治疗方案的选择提供一定参考。
