全流程质量管理在医院静脉用药调配中心抗肿瘤药物调配中的应用

Application of whole-process quality management in the antineoplastic drug dispensing in hospital pharmacy intravenous admixture services

目的探讨全流程质量管理在医院静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)抗肿瘤药物调配中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析郑州大学第一附属医院PIVAS抗肿瘤药物差错案例,对抗肿瘤药物调配全流程进行质量控制,通过比较对照组(2022年1月至6月)和实验组(2023年1月至6月)的内部差错率和出门差错率,评价相关管理措施的效果。结果全流程质量管理措施实施后,抗肿瘤药物内部差错率由6.74下降至3.67(χ^(2)=10.166,P=0.001),抗肿瘤药物出门差错率由1.02下降至0.33(χ^(2)=4.135,P=0.042)。结论对PIVAS抗肿瘤药物调配实施全流程质量管理,能有效降低抗肿瘤药物差错发生率,在确保成品输液质量和保障患者用药安全上具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the application effect of whole-process quality management in the antineoplastic drug dispensing in hospital pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS).Methods PIVAS antineoplastic drug error cases in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were analyzed retrospectively,whole-process quality management of antineoplastic drug dispensing were implemented,and the effect of relevant management measures were evaluated by comparing the internal error rate and outgoing error rate of the control group(January-June 2022)and the experimental group(January-June 2023).Results After the implementation of whole-process quality management measures,the internal error rate of antineoplastic drugs decreased from 6.74 to 3.67(χ^(2)=10.166,P=0.001),and the outgoing error rate of antineoplastic drugs decreased from 1.02 to 0.33(χ^(2)=4.135,P=0.042).Conclusion The implementation of whole-process quality management for PIVAS antineoplastic drug dispensing can effectively reduce the incidence of antineoplastic drug errors,which is of great significance in ensuring the quality of finished infusion and guaranteeing the safety of patients'medication.
