胰岛素泵联合动态血糖监测对糖尿病患者糖脂代谢的影响

摘要 目的 探讨胰岛素泵联合动态血糖监测对糖尿病患者糖脂代谢的影响.方法 选取2021年1月-2023年12月100例糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成对照组和研究组各50例,对照组采用常规治疗分次血糖检测,研究组采用胰岛素泵治疗加动态血糖监测,比较两组治疗依从性、自我管理能力、血糖、血脂指标、胰岛素用量、低血糖发生率、生活质量评分.结果 研究组治疗依从性远高于对照组;治疗后,研究组自我管理能力、生活质量评分均远高于对照组,研究组各血糖、血脂指标远低于对照组,研究组胰岛素用量、低血糖发生率均低于对照组.结论 胰岛素泵联合动态血糖监测能增强糖尿病患者治疗依从性,有利于提高血糖控制效果. Objective To investigate the effect of insulin pump combined with dynamic glucose monitoring on glucose and lipid metabolism in diabetes patients.Methods 100 patients with diabetes from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group with 50 cases each.The control group was treated with routine treatment and blood glucose detection by time.The study group was treated with insulin pump and dynamic blood glucose monitoring.The treatment compliance,self-management ability,blood glucose,blood lipid indicators,insulin consumption,hypoglycemia incidence,and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Result The treatment compliance of the study group was much higher than that of the control group;after treatment,the self-management ability and quality of life scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the blood glucose and lipid indicators of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group;the insulin dosage and incidence of hypoglycemia in the study group were lower than those in the control group.Conclusion The combination of insulin pump and dynamic blood glucose monitoring technology can enhance patient treatment compliance and improve bloodglucose control effectiveness.
