摘要
目的 探讨不同填充材料对牙体牙髓病患者治疗效果的影响.方法 选取2023年1月-2023年12月在天津华兴医院进行根管治疗的120例(120牙)牙体牙髓病患者作为研究对象,随机分为碘仿材料组(60例)和AH组(60例),碘仿材料组采用碘仿氧化锌丁香油糊剂进行根管填充,AH组采用AH Plus糊剂进行根管填充;对比分析两组效果.结果 AH组治疗总有效率显著高于碘仿材料组(P<0.05).治疗前两组患者VAS评分比较,无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者各时间点VAS评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗后AH组患者各时间点VAS评分显著低于碘仿材料组(P<0.05).治疗前两组SF-36评分比较,差异不显著(P>0.05),经治疗,两组SF-36评分均得到显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗后AH组患者SF-36评分显著高于碘仿材料组(P<0.05).AH组不良反应发生率显著低于碘仿材料组(P<0.05),就诊满意度显著高于碘仿材料组(P<0.05).结论 采用AH Plus糊剂进行根管填充用于治疗牙体牙髓病安全有效,可推广.
Objective To investigate the effect of different filling materials on the treatment of endodontic patients.Methods 120 patients with endodontic from January 2023 to December 2023 in our hospital were selected and were randomly divided into iodoform group(n=60)and AH group(n=60).All the patients were treated with root canal therapy,the iodoform group was treated with iodoform zinc oxide eugenol paste,and the AH group was treated with AH Plus.The effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of AH group was significantly higher than that of iodoform group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),after treatment,the VAS score of AH group was significantly lower than that of iodoform group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SF-36 scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but after treatment,SF-36 scores were significantly improved in both groups(P<0.05),after treatment,SF-36 score in AH group was significantly higher than that in iodoform group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in AH group was significantly lower than that in iodoform group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction degree of seeing a doctor was significantly higher than that in iodoform group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is safe and effective to use AH Plus as root canal filling in the treatment of endodontic diseases.
