家长课堂对天津市河西区流动儿童免疫规划疫苗接种状况的影响分析

Analysis of the influence of parents'classroom on the immunization status of migrant children in Hexi District of Tianjin

目的 分析以家长课堂干预后对天津市河西区流动儿童免疫规划疫苗接种率的影响.方法 研究将以120名流动儿童家长为入组成员,以随机方式分为对照组与观察组,每组各60名,对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组实施家长课堂教育,比较两组疫苗接种情况.结果 观察组各项疫苗接种率高于对照组,该组家长对疫苗相关知识知晓率高于对照组,P<0.05.结论 对天津市河西区流动儿童家长以家长课堂形式进行教育干预,可有效提高家长对疫苗相关知识的知晓率,提高接种意识,保证儿童免疫规划疫苗接种率.

Objective To analyze the effect of classroom intervention by parents on the vaccination coverage rate of floating children in Hexi District of Tianjin.Methods 120 parents of migrant children were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 in each group.The control group was given routine health education,and the observation group was given classroom education for parents.The vaccination status of the two groups was compared.Results The vaccination rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the parents'awareness rate of vaccine-related knowledge was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Education intervention in the form of parents'classroom for migrant children in Hexi District of Tianjin can effectively improve parents'awareness of vaccine-related knowledge,improve vaccination awareness,and ensure the vaccination rate of children under immunization program.
