2021-2023年姑苏区儿童入托入学查验证和疫苗补种情况

Verification of enrollment and vaccination for children in Gusu District from 2021 to 2023

目的 掌握苏州市姑苏区儿童入托入学预防接种证查验及疫苗补种状况,分析查验证工作效果,为建立免疫屏障提供相关依据.方法 收集姑苏区辖区内接种单位汇总辖区内的预防接种查验评估资料,分析总结姑苏区查验及疫苗补种接种情况,对查验覆盖率、持证率、免疫率以及补种率等进行统计描述.结果 2021-2023年姑苏区查验覆盖率均为100.00%.全区3年间查验人数为52951人,查验率、持证率均为100%,查验后全程免疫率均较查验前显著提高,免疫率均≥95%,补种剂次占比最高的为A群C群流脑多糖疫苗(MPV-AC),3年姑苏区儿童入托、入学国家免疫规划疫苗累计应补11953剂次,累计补种11760剂次,补种率为98.39%.除2022年乙肝疫苗(HepB)和百白破疫苗(DTaP)及2023年卡介苗(BCG)补种率偏低,其他免疫规划疫苗各个年份疫苗补种率均大于95%.结论 2021-2023年姑苏区入托、入学预防接种证查验率和补种率较好,反映出姑苏区查验接种证和相关疫苗补种工作实施情况良好,国家免疫规划疫苗相关的接种工作规范,可减少托幼机构、学校内免疫规划疫苗可预防的相关传染病的发生和流行,为辖区内儿童健康成长打下了坚实的基础.

Objective To grasp the status of vaccination certificate inspection and vaccine replacement for children in Gusu District of Suzhou City,analyze the effect of verification,and provide relevant basis for the establishment of immune barrier.Methods The vaccination units in Gusu District collected and summarized the vaccination inspection and evaluation data within their jurisdiction,analyzed and summarized the inspection and vaccination status in Gusu District,including the inspection coverage rate,certificate holding rate,immunization rate and replacement rate,and carried out statistical description.Results The inspection coverage in Gusu District from 2021 to 2023 will be 100.00%.In the past three years,52951 people were tested in the whole district,and both the inspection rate and the certificate rate were 100%.Afier the inspection,the immunization rate was significantly higher than that before the inspection,and the immunization rate was≥>95%.The highest proportion of replacement agents was Group A and Group C meningitis polysaccharide vaccine(MPV-AC),and 11953 doses of the National immunization program vaccine should be added to the children in Gusu District in the past three years.A total of 11760 doses were replanted,and the reseeding rate was 98.39%.In addition to the low replacement rate of HepB and DTaP in 2022 and BCG in 2023,the replacement rate of other immunization program vaccines was greater than 95%in each year.Conclusions From 2021 to 2023,the inspection rate and replacement rate of vaccination certificates for kindergarten enrollment and school enrollment in Gusu District are good,reflecting the good implementation of vaccination certificates and related vaccine replacement work in Gusu District,and the relevant vaccination work standards of the national immunization program.It can reduce the occurrence and prevalence of related infectious diseases that can be prevented by vaccines in kindergartens and schools,and lay a solid foundation for the steady growth of children in the jurisdiction.
