院前急救与急诊治疗一体化治疗急性脑梗死的临床研究

A clinical study on the integrated treatment of pre hospital emergency and emergency treatment for acute cerebral infarction

目的 探讨对急性脑梗死患者实施院前急救与急诊治疗一体化治疗的效果.方法 此次研究选取河池市人民医院急诊科于2021年7月-2023年7月期间收治的60例急性脑梗死患者进行前瞻性研究,按照双色小球法分组,对照组30例接受常规检查和治疗,观察组30例接受院前急救与急诊治疗一体化治疗.观察两组的神经功能缺损评分、自理能力评分、并发症发生率以及治疗有效率.结果 观察组治疗后的神经功能缺损评分较对照组更低,自理能力评分较对照组更高,并发症发生率较对照组更低,研究组治疗有效率96.66%,较对照组的76.66%更高,对比均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对急性脑梗死患者实施院前急救与急诊治疗一体化治疗措施,可以大幅提高对患者的急救效果,值得在临床上大力推广.

Objective To explore and analyze the effectiveness of integrated pre hospital emergency and emergency treatment for patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods This study selected 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the emergency department of Hechi People's Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 for a prospective study.They were divided into two groups using the dual color ball method.The control group received routine examination and treatment,while the observation group received integrated treatment of pre hospital emergency and emergency treatment.Observe the neurological deficit score,self-care ability score,incidence of complications,and treatment effectiveness of the two groups.Results The neurological deficit score and self-care ability score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group.The treatment effectiveness rate of the study group was 96.66%higher than that of the control group,which was 76.66%,and both comparisons were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conc lusion Implementing integrated treatment measures of pre hospital emergency and emergency treatment for patients with acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve the effectiveness of emergency treatment and is worth promoting in clinical practice.
