思维导图结合微课在乡医临床实习教学中应用价值

The application value of mind mapping combined with microlecture in clinical practice teaching for rural doctors

摘要 目的 探讨思维导图结合微课在乡医临床实习教学中的应用效果.方法 选择2019级乡医32名和2020级乡医40名为研究对象,2020级为实验组(思维导图结合微课教学)和2019级为对照组(传统教学组),通过课堂测试和问卷调查,比较两组学生对实习内容的掌握程度、评价教学效果及学生反馈.结果 实验组问诊成绩和医患沟通评分分别为(89.51±3.72)分和(19.05±2.01)分,均高于对照组的(82.84±4.11)和(12.42±3.32)分(P均<0.05).实验组学习效果评价及学生对老师满意度评分均高于对照组(P均<0.05).结论 思维导图结合微课在乡医的心内科临床实习教学中效果好,值得在基层推广. Objective To explore the application effect of mind mapping combined with micro-lecture in the clinical practice teaching of rural doctors.Methods 32 rural doctors of grade 2019 and 40 rural doctors of grade 2020 were selected as the research objects and they were divided into the control group(grade 2019)taught by traditional teaching and the experimental group(grade 2020)taught by mind mapping combined with micro-lecture teaching.Classroom tests and questionnaire surveys were used to compare the studentds'mastery of internship content,and the teaching effect and student feedback were evaluated.Results The examination scores and doctor-patient communication scores of the experimental group were(89.51±3.72)points and(19.05±2.01)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group(82.84±4.11)and(12.42±3.32)points(P<0.05).The evaluation of learning effect and students'satisfaction with teachers in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind mapping combined with micro-lecture has good effect in the clinical practice teaching of rural doctors in the department of cardiology,which is worth promoting in the grassroots.
