交互式教学模式结合骨科手术机器人系统在骨外科教学中的应用

摘要 目的 探讨交互式教学模式结合骨科手术机器人系统在骨外科教学中的应用情况.方法 选取2022年1月-2023年1月在首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院学习的骨外科实习生60例进行研究,按照随机分组法将上述实习生分为观察组、对照组,每组各30例.其中对照组采取传统教学模式,观察组则实施交互式教学模式+骨科手术机器人系统进行教学.对比两组考核成绩及教学效果.结果 观察组理论知识、实际操作技能考核成绩评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比较,观察组学习能力、发现和解决问题能力、学习兴趣、交流表达能力、理解能力、知识掌握能力、课程参与度、创新能力、创新意识评分更高(P<0.05).结论 交互式教学模式结合骨科手术机器人系统应用于骨外科教学当中效果较好,可提升学生理论知识及专业操作技能,获得较好的教学效果,值得推广和应用. Objective To explore the application of interactive teaching model combined with orthopaedic surgical robot system in the teaching of orthopaedic surgery.Methods A total of 60 orthopedics interns studying in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected for the study.According to random differentiation method,the above interns were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the observation group implemented the interactive teaching mode+orthopedic surgery robot system.The assessment results and teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of learning ability,finding and solving ability,learning interest,communication and expression ability,understanding ability and knowledge mastery,course participation,innovation ability and innovation consciousness in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of interactive teaching mode combined with orthopaedic surgical robot system in the teaching of orthopaedic surgery has a good effect,which can improve the theoretical knowledge and professional operation skills,and obtain better teaching results,which is worthy of promotion and application.
