养膜方用于治疗肾虚血瘀型薄型子宫内膜的临床效果分析

摘要 目的 探讨养膜方用于治疗肾虚血瘀型薄型子宫内膜的临床效果.方法 该研究选取2020年8月-2023年10月在湖南省妇幼保健院采用雌激素联合养膜方用药治疗的49例肾虚血瘀型薄型子宫内膜患者作为联合用药组,同期选取在该院采用雌激素单独用药治疗的49例肾虚血瘀型薄型子宫内膜患者作为单独用药组,对比分析两组疗效.结果 治疗前两组中医证候积分、子宫内膜厚度、SF-36、FSH、孕酮、E2、PI、RI比较,差异不显著(P>0.05),经治疗,两组中医证候积分、子宫内膜厚度、SF-36、FSH、孕酮、E2、PI、RI均显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗后联合用药组中医证候积分、子宫内膜厚度、SF-36、FSH、孕酮、E2、PI、RI显著优于单独用药组(P<0.05).结论 养膜方用于肾虚血瘀型薄型子宫内膜患者中可显著改善患者雌激素水平,增加子宫内膜厚度,值得推广. Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yangmofang on patients with thin endometrium of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods From August 2020 to October 2023,49 patients with thin type endometrium of kidney deficiency and blood stasis treated with estrogen combined with Yangmofang in our hospital were selected as combined medication group,at the same time,49 cases treated with estrogen were selected as single treatment group.The curative effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in TCM symptom score,endometrial thickness,SF-36,FSH,progesterone,E2,PI,RI between the two groups(P>0.05),after treatment,the TCM symptom score,endometrial thickness,SF-36,FSH,progesterone,E2,PI and RI were significantly improved in both groups(P<0.05),the TCM symptom score,endometrial thickness,SF-36,FSH,progesterone,E2,PI,RI in the combined medication group were significantly better than those in the single treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangmofang can significantly improve the level of estrogen and increase the thickness of endometrium in patients with thin endometrium of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.
