Lung cancer has the highest incidence rate and mortality rate in China.The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine has unique advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.Professor Li Juan believes that the core pathogenesis of lung cancer is that phlegm and fire fight each other and form a nest.The treatment is mainly to attack and expel diar⁃rhea,and directly pound the acupoints,and it must be treated according to the syndrome differentiation in different periods.In the early stage,the evil is flourishing and real.We should attack first to curb its evil poison.In the middle period,the evil qi will become fiercer and the healthy qi will be injured,and should attack and repair at the same time.In the late period,the vital energy was seri⁃ously injured,and he was not resistant to attack.He should give priority to supplement,and strengthen the vital energy to eliminate ac⁃cumulation.
