膏方是中药传统剂型之一,在养生保健和疾病治疗方面有着独特的作用。近几年来,膏方的临床应用与研究日益增多,提示膏方对于各科疾病的防治与保健,尤其对于慢性疾病的治疗和调理保健,有着独特的优势。此文根据已有的古籍记载及现代文献,整理和总结了从古代到现代不同时期的膏方在治疗糖尿病肾病中的临床应用,并阐述了膏方治疗糖尿病肾病的特色与优势,旨在为膏方治疗糖尿病肾病提供一定的参考,使其在糖尿病肾病的治疗中得到更广泛的应用。

Ointment formula is one of the traditional dosage forms of traditional Chinese medicine,which has a unique role in health care and disease treatment.In recent years,the application and research of ointment formula is increasing,and it is suggested that oint⁃ment treatment has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of various diseases,especially in the treatment of chronic dis⁃eases and health care.This paper collated and summarized the clinical applications of ointment formula in the treatment of diabetic ne⁃phropathy in different periods based on the ancient records and literature,and elaborated the characteristics and advantages of oint⁃ment formula in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,aiming to provide some reference for ointment formula in the treatment of dia⁃betic nephropathy,and make it more widely used in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
