智慧中医的应用与思考

The Application and Thinking of Artificial Intelligent Traditional Chinese Medicine

中医药是中国的文化瑰宝,人工智能(AI)技术是目前人们关注的热点,中医与AI结合的智慧中医也已经逐步渗透到人们的日常生活中。此文通过分析梳理智慧中医在中医临床诊断、基层医疗、中医传承、中医智能装备、中药新药研发、健康管理与保健养生等方面的应用,提出智慧中医现阶段面临的中医思维构建不完善、缺乏规范和统一的中医药数据标准、医疗信息安全存在风险等问题,以及健全智慧中医健康数据标准体系、加强培养复合型人才、制定相关的法律法规等建议,以期为智慧中医的良性发展提供借鉴。

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is a cultural treasure of China and AI technology is currently the focus of attention.In⁃telligent TCM model of TCM and AI has gradually penetrated into people’s daily life.In this article,the author put forward the current problems faced by Intelligent TCM model such as incomplete TCM thinking,lack of normative and unified data standard of TCM and risks in medical information security through analysis and assembling of Intelligent TCM model’s applications in TCM clinical diagno⁃sis,community-oriented primary care,inheritance of TCM,TCM intelligent equipment,research and development of new TCM drugs,health management and preservation and so on.Besides,it is also suggested to improve the health data standard system of Intelligent TCM model,strengthen the training of inter-disciplinary talents,and formulate relevant laws and regulations,so as to provide refer⁃ence for the better and sound development of Intelligent TCM model.
