热敏灸疗法在小儿遗尿治疗中的应用

The Application of Heat-sensitive Moxibustion Therapy in Pediatric Enuresis

目的探讨热敏灸疗法在小儿遗尿治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2020年2月—2022年2月于江西省兴国县人民医院就诊的68例遗尿患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其纳入试验组(34例)、对照组(34例)。试验组采用热敏灸治疗,对照组采用中药方剂治疗,对比两组治疗效果及治疗后的中医证候积分。结果治疗后,试验组临床总有效率97.06%(33/34)高于对照组的82.35%(28/34),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.981,P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组对比,试验组中医证候,即夜寐难醒、食欲不佳、面色萎黄、夜间遗尿、脉沉弱或沉细积分相对较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热敏灸治疗小儿遗尿效果显著,该治疗方案对于改善患儿临床症状具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the application effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of enuresis in children.Methods A total of 68 children with enuresis admitted to Xingguo County People’s Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as research objects,and were randomly included in the experimental group of 34 cases and the control group of 34 cases by using random number table method.The experimental group was treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion,and the control group was treated with Chinese medicine prescription.The therapeutic effect and TCM syndrome score after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of experimental group was 97.06%(33/34),which was higher than that of control group(82.35%,28/34),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.981,P<0.05).After treatment,com⁃pared with the control group,the TCM syndrome of the experimental group,namely,difficulty waking up at night,poor appetite,pale color,nocturnal enuresis,weak pulse sinking or sinking fine score,was relatively lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Heat-sensitive moxibustion has a significant effect in the treatment of enuresis in children.This treatment is of great significance for improving the clinical symptoms of children.
