舒肝益胃汤治疗消化性溃疡临床观察

Shugan Yiwei Decoction in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer

目的观察舒肝益胃汤治疗消化性溃疡肝郁脾虚证的临床效果。方法选择抚州市临川区第二人民医院中医内科2021年1月—2022年6月收治的肝郁脾虚型消化性溃疡患者73例,按随机数字表法分为观察组37例、对照组36例。对照组采用常规西医疗法,观察组在对照组的基础上采用自拟舒肝益胃汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候评分、随访6个月的复发率。结果观察组临床总有效率为91.89%(34/37),显著高于对照组的72.22%(26/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组随访6个月的复发率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组中医证候评分均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒肝益胃汤治疗消化性溃疡效果显著,复发率与常规西药治疗无差异,可以临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shugan Yiwei decoction in the treatment of peptic ulcer with liver hyperactivity with spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 73 patients with liver hyperactivity and spleen deficiency syndrome of peptic ul⁃cer admitted to Linchuan District Second People’s Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the obser⁃vation group of 37 cases and the control group of 36 cases according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with self-made Shugan Yiwei decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score and recurrence rate after 6 months of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 91.89%(34/37),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.22%,26/36),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate af⁃ter 6 months of the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups was better than before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Yiwei decoction is effective in the treatment of peptic ulcer,and there is no difference in recurrence rate compared with con⁃ventional Western medicine.It can be used clinically.
