补中益气汤联合艾灸对产后盆底康复及子宫复旧的影响

Effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Moxibustion on Postpartum Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation and Uterine Rejuvenation

目的探究补中益气汤联合艾灸对产后盆底康复及子宫复旧的影响。方法依据随机原则将2021年1月—2022年3月宜春袁州现代医院收治的76例产后盆底功能障碍性疾病患者分成两组,各38例。对照组给予艾灸治疗,研究组则给予补中益气汤联合艾灸治疗,均持续治疗12周。对比两组子宫恢复效果、盆底肌力改善效果、生活质量[世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分、女性性功能指数评估量表(FSFI)评分],统计两组子宫复旧不良与不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,研究组产后子宫三径之和、宫腔积液量均低于对照组,子宫内膜厚度、盆底肌力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组WHOQOL-BREF、FSFI评分较治疗前均增高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未见严重不良反应;研究组子宫复旧不良发生率为0,低于对照组的15.79%(6/38)(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤联合艾灸治疗能更好地促进产妇子宫及盆底肌力恢复,改善产妇生活质量,降低子宫复旧不良发生率,安全性高。

Objective To explore the effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with moxibustion on postpartum pelvic floor rehabili⁃tation and uterine rejuvenation.Methods A total 76 puerperal women with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction from January 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with moxibustion,while the study group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi decoction and moxibustion for 12 weeks.The uterine recovery effect,pelvic floor muscle strength improvement effect,quality of life[WHO Quality of Life Measurement Scale(WHO QOL-BREF),Female Sexual Function Index Evaluation Scale(FSFI)]of the two groups,and count the incidence of adverse reactions and uterine involution in the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the total of three diameters of postpartum uterus and the volume of uterine fluid in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of endometrial thickness and pelvic floor muscle strength were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,WHOQOL-BREF and FSFI scores in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were observed in both groups.The incidence of adverse uterine rejuvenation in the study group was 0,which was lower than that in the control group(15.79%,6/38)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Buzhong Yiqi decoction and moxibustion can better promote the re⁃covery of postpartum uterus and pelvic floor muscle strength,improve the quality of life of parturients,reduce the incidence of adverse uterine involution,and has high safety.
