通络散1号足浴联合甲钴胺穴位注射治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

Tongluo Powder No.1 Foot Bath Combined with Mecobalamine Acupoint Injection in Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的观察应用通络散1号足浴联合甲钴胺穴位注射护理2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床效果。方法将80例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为两组,对照组在常规治疗和护理的基础上于足三里穴注射甲钴胺注射液,观察组在对照组基础上加通络散1号足浴,两组均治疗14 d。比较两组中医证候积分、神经病变积分及护理满意度。结果治疗后,两组中医证候积分、神经病变积分均较治疗前明显减少(P<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者对住院期间护理工作的总满意度为95.00%(38/40),明显高于对照组的82.50%(33/40)(P<0.05)。结论通络散1号足浴联合甲钴胺穴位注射可明显改善2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床症状和神经病变积分,提高护理满意度。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Tongluo powder No.1 foot bath combined with mecobalamine acupoint injection on type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Eighty cases of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with mecobalamine acupoint injection in Zusanli(ST36)on the basis of routine treat⁃ment and nursing,and the observation group was treated with Tongluo powder No.1 foot bath on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 14 days.TCM syndrome score,neuropathy score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,TCM syndrome scores and neuropathy scores in both groups were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of pa⁃tients in the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(82.50%,33/40)(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongluo powder No.1 foot bath combined with mecobalamine acupoint injection can significantly improve the clini⁃cal symptoms and neuropathy integral of patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and improve the nursing satisfaction.
