线上教学在中医护理学见习中的应用及评价

Application and Evaluation of Online Teaching in the Internship Course of Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的探讨线上见习在本科中医护理学课程中的应用效果及改进方法。方法采用腾讯会议进行中医护理学的线上见习授课,课后采用问卷调查法对学生的线上见习效果及教员授课效果进行综合评价。结果调查结果显示,学生对线上授课老师态度以及线上见习的教学组织与准备、线上见习的收获(中医护理技能相关知识、临床思维能力和应变能力、护理技能临床实践与应用)方面的满意度为100.00%(26/26);但15.38%(4/26)的学生认为此次线上见习的课堂互动不够充分,7.69%(2/26)的学生没有身临其境的感觉,50.00%(13/26)的学生则认为此次线上见习加重了学习压力。结论学生对中医护理学临床线上见习的教学效果较满意,学校应综合考虑课程特点、教学目标、见习时长、学生接受程度及线上实际情况等进一步细化线上见习,为特殊情况下的线上临床见习改革提供有益参考。

Objective To explore the effects and improvement methods of online teaching in the course of nursing of traditional Chi⁃nese medicine for undergraduate nursing students.Methods Tencent conference was used for online internship teaching of nursing of traditional Chinese medicine.After class,questionnaire survey was used to comprehensively evaluate the learning effect of online in⁃ternship of students and the teaching effect of teachers.Results The survey results showed that students'satisfaction with the attitude of online teaching teachers,the teaching organization and preparation of online internship,and the harvest of online internship(knowl⁃edge related to TCM nursing skills,clinical thinking ability and adaptability,clinical practice and application of nursing skills)was 100.00%(26/26).However,15.38%(4/26)of the students thought that the classroom interaction of the online internship was not enough,7.69%(2/26)of the students did not experience the feeling of being immersive,and 50.00%(13/26)of the students thought that the on⁃line internship increased the learning pressure.Conclusion The students are satisfied with the effect of online teaching of nursing of traditional Chinese medicine.In order to provide useful reference value for the reform of online clinical probation under special cir⁃cumstances,the university should further refine the curriculum characteristics,teaching objectives,probation duration,student accep⁃tance,online actual situation,etc.
