热敏灸联合冲击波治疗肩周炎的临床研究

Heat-sensitive Moxibustion Combined with Extracorporeal Shock Wave in the Treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的比较热敏灸联合冲击波与单独热敏灸、单独冲击波治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法随机选取2021年10月—2022年4月赣州市中医院针灸康复科治疗的肩周炎患者105例,根据就诊先后顺序随机分为联合组(热敏灸+冲击波)、热敏灸组、冲击波组,每组35例;观察各组治疗前后Constant-Murley评分和视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,比较三组临床疗效。结果联合组总有效率为97.14%(34/35),高于热敏灸组的80.00%(28/35)、冲击波组的74.29%(26/35)(P<0.05)。治疗后,三组VAS评分均降低,且联合组低于热敏灸组和冲击波组,热敏灸组低于冲击波组(P<0.05);三组Constant-Murley评分均上升,且联合组评分高于热敏灸组和冲击波组(P<0.05),热敏灸组与冲击波组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论热敏灸联合冲击波治疗肩周炎优于单独热敏灸、冲击波治疗,有较好的临床效果,值得推广。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of heat-moxibustion combined with extracorporeal shock wave,heat-moxibustion alone and extracorporeal shock wave alone in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods A total of 105 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis treated in Ganzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to April 2022 were ran⁃domly selected and divided into combined group(heat-sensitive moxibustion and extracorporeal shock wave),heat-sensitive moxibus⁃tion group and extracorporeal shock wave group according to the order of treatment,with 35 cases in each group.The scores of Constant-Murley and Visual analogue Scale(VAS)before and after treatment were observed in each group,and the clinical effects of the three groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of combined group was 97.14%(34/35),which was higher than that of heat-sensitive moxibustion group(80.00%,28/35)and extracorporeal shock wave group(74.29%,26/35)(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the three groups was decreased,and the combined group was lower than the heat-sensitive moxibustion group and extra⁃corporeal shock wave group,and the heat-sensitive moxibustion group was lower than the extracorporeal shock wave group(P<0.05).The Constant-Murley score of the three groups was increased,and the score of the combined group was higher than that of the heatsensitive moxibustion group and extracorporeal shock wave group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance between the heatsensitive moxibustion group and extracorporeal shock wave group(P>0.05).Conclusion The heat-moxibustion combined with extra⁃corporeal shock wave in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis is better than simple heat-moxibustion and extracorporeal shock wave treatment.It has better curative effect,and is worth promoting.
