金黄膏联合田七祛瘀胶囊治疗胫腓骨骨折术后肿胀临床观察

Jinhuang Ointment Combined with Tianqi Quyu Capsule in the Treatment of Postoperative Swelling of Tibia and Fibula Fracture

目的探讨金黄膏联合田七祛瘀胶囊治疗胫腓骨骨折术后肿胀的临床效果。方法以抽样法选取南昌市洪都中医院创伤骨科2022年7月—2022年12月收治的胫腓骨骨折患者60例作为研究对象,根据入组标准,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用自制中药金黄膏治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上口服田七祛瘀胶囊治疗。治疗后,对两组临床效果进行评估。结果治疗后,观察组患者膝关节疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05),两组术后1、3 d肿胀值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组术后5、7 d肿胀值低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组总有效率96.67%(29/30)高于对照组的73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05)。结论在治疗胫腓骨骨折术后肿胀过程中将内服外敷有效结合,能够取长补短,起到消肿止痛的效果,还能降低疼痛程度,促进患者恢复。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jinhuang ointment combined with Tianqi Quyu capsule in the treatment of post⁃operative swelling of tibia fibula fracture.Methods A total of 60 cases of tibia fibula fracture patients in Hongdu Hospital of Tradi⁃tional Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to December 2022 were selected as research objects by sampling method.According to the in⁃clusion criteria,the subjects were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with self-made Chinese medicine Jinhuang ointment,and the observation group was given Tianqi Quyu capsule orally on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the clinical therapeutic effect of the patients was evaluated.Results After treatment,the knee pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the swelling value of the two groups in 1 and 3 days af⁃ter surgery had no significant difference(P>0.05),the swelling value of the observation group in 5 and 7 days after surgery was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that of the control group(73.33%,22/30)(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of postoperative swelling of tibia fibula fracture,the effective combination of internal and external treatment can complement each other,reduce swelling and relieve pain,but also reduce the degree of pain and promote the recovery of patients.
