脑卒中意识障碍院前急救增加中医综合疗法的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Pre-hospital Emergency Treatment Combined with Comprehensive Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Stroke Consciousness Disorder

目的分析中医综合疗法用于脑卒中意识障碍患者抢救的效果。方法随机选择脑卒中意识障碍急救患者60例分为两组,各30例。将2019年1月—2019年12月入院的患者设为对照组,实施院前急救常规治疗;将2020年1月—2020年12月入院的患者设为观察组,在对照组的基础上联合中医综合疗法,对比两组指标差异。结果干预后,观察组活动、平衡评分,格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)、Barthel指数评分高于对照组(P<0.05),美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、血肿体积低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于脑卒中意识障碍(中风闭证)患者,在院前急救常规治疗中加入中医综合疗法,能够促进患者意识障碍恢复、减少患者颅内血肿、显著改善患者神经功能,并有效促进其身体康复。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in rescuing stroke pa⁃tients with consciousness disorder.Methods First aid patients with consciousness disorder of stroke were randomly selected and di⁃vided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.From January 2019 to December 2019,the control group was given routine prehospital first aid treatment.From January 2020 to December 2020,the observation group was given TCM comprehensive therapy on the basis of the control group.The difference of indicators between the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the scores of activity,balance,GCS and Barthel index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the NIHSS score and hematoma volume in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the routine pre-hospital emergency treatment for stroke patients with consciousness disorder(stroke blockage syndrome),the combina⁃tion of TCM comprehensive therapy can promote the recovery of patients’consciousness disorder,reduce intracranial hematoma,sig⁃nificantly improve the neurological function of patients,and effectively promote their physical recovery.
