益肾固冲汤联合穴位贴敷治疗肾气虚型胎动不安临床观察

Yishen Guchong Decoction Combined with Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Threatened Abortion of Kidney Qi Deficiency Type

目的探讨肾气虚型胎动不安患者采用益肾固冲汤与穴位贴敷联合治疗的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月—2022年1月收治的94例肾气虚型胎动不安患者,参照组患者采用黄体酮肌注治疗,研究组患者采用益肾固冲汤联合穴位贴敷治疗,观察两组患者采用不同疗法的效果。结果两组患者治疗前孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)、血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平与中医证候积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组治疗后P、E2、β-HCG水平高于参照组,中医证候积分低于参照组,且研究组患者小腹坠痛、阴道出血、腰酸胀痛缓解时间也短于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为95.74%(45/47),高于参照组的80.85%(38/47)。结论肾气虚型胎动不安患者采用穴位贴敷联合益肾固冲汤治疗,能缩短阴道出血、小腹坠痛等症状缓解时间,具有显著的效果,适合在临床上推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yishen Guchong decoction combined with acupoint application in patients with threatened abortion of kidney qi deficiency type.Methods From January 2019 to January 2022,94 patients with threatened abor⁃tion of kidney qi deficiency type were selected.Patients in the control group were treated with intramuscular injection of progesterone,and patients in the study group were treated with Yishen Guchong decoction combined with acupoint application.The therapeutic ef⁃fects of different therapies were observed.Results There were no significant differences in progesterone(P),estradiol(E2),serum hu⁃man chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)and TCM syndrome score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,and P,E2,β-HCG levels of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,while TCM syndrome score was lower than that of the reference group,and the relief time of lower abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding,and waist soreness and pain in the study group was also lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 95.74%(45/47),which was higher than that of the reference group(80.85%,38/47).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with Yishen Guchong decoc⁃tion can shorten the time of symptoms such as vaginal bleeding and lower abdominal pain in patients with fetus excessive movement of kidney qi deficiency type.It has a significant therapeutic effect and is suitable for clinical promotion.
