针刺联合补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗死恢复期临床观察

Acupuncture Combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type in Convalescence

目的观察针刺联合补阳还五汤治疗恢复期气虚血瘀型脑梗死患者的效果。方法选择2020年1月—2022年1月收治的气虚血瘀型脑梗死患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例,分别采取常规治疗+针刺联合补阳还五汤治疗与常规治疗。观察比较两组疗效、凝血功能指标、脑血流循环指标、中医证候积分。结果观察组总有效率92.50%(37/40)高于对照组的65.00%(26/40)(P<0.05)。治疗前两组凝血功能指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组改善更明显(P<0.05);治疗前两组脑血流循环指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组中医证候积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组中医证候积分均降低,且观察组降低更明显(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率5.00%(2/40)低于对照组的20.00%(8/40)(P<0.05)。结论针刺疗法联合补阳还五汤可提升气虚血瘀型脑梗死患者恢复效果,改善凝血功能、脑血流循环功能、中医证候,安全有效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction on cerebral infarc⁃tion of qi deficiency and blood stasis type in convalescence.Methods From January 2020 to January 2022,80 patients with cerebral infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 pa⁃tients in each group.They were treated with conventional therapy and acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction and con⁃ventional therapy respectively.The therapeutic effects and coagulation function index,cerebral blood circulation index,TCM syn⁃drome score were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%(37/40),which was higher than that of the control group(65.00%,26/40)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in coagulation function between the two groups be⁃fore treatment(P>0.05),and the improvement was more obvious in the observation group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no signifi⁃cant difference in cerebral blood circulation between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups be⁃fore treatment(P>0.05),and the TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the decrease was more obvious in the observation group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 5.00%(2/40)lower than that in control group(20.00%,8/40)(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction can improve the recovery effect of cerebral infarction patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type,improve the coagulation function,cerebral blood circulation func⁃tion and TCM symptoms,which is safe and effective.
