益气补肺汤联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期临床观察

Yiqi Bufei Decoction Combined with Salmeterol Fluticasone in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Stable Stage

目的分析益气补肺汤联合沙美特罗替卡松对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者的效果。方法选取2021年8月—2022年8月婺源县人民医院及婺源县中医院收治的60例COPD稳定期患者,按随机数字表法划分成两组,均30例。对照组给予沙美特罗替卡松,观察组加以益气补肺汤,连续治疗4周。对比两组临床疗效、肺功能、免疫功能、炎性因子水平、不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30),且治疗后的用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼吸容积(FEV1)、呼气流量峰值(PEF)、T淋巴细胞CD^(3+)、CD^(4+)高于对照组,CD^(8+)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均无不良反应。结论益气补肺汤联合沙美特罗替卡松可改善COPD稳定期患者肺功能、免疫功能,控制炎性反应,且无不良反应。

Objective To analyze the effect of Yiqi Bufei decoction combined with salmeterol fluticasone in patients with chronic ob⁃structive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable stage.Methods A total of 60 patients with stable COPD admitted to Wuyuan County People’s Hospital and Wuyuan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with salmeterol fluticasone,while the observation group was treated with Yiqi Bufei decoction for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function,immune function,levels of inflammatory factors and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(93.33%,28/30)was higher than that of the control group(73.33%,22/30),and the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),peak expiratory flow(PEF),CD^(3+),CD^(4+)after treatment were higher than those of the control group,CD^(8+),C-reactive protein(CRP),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)was signifi⁃cantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction in both groups.Conclusion Yiqi Bufei decoction combined with salmeterol fluticasone can improve the lung function and immune function of patients with stable COPD,control inflam⁃matory reaction,and have no adverse reaction.
