评价慢性附件炎应用妇科千金胶囊与抗生素展开治疗的效果

The effect of treating chronic adnexitis with Fujing Qianjin capsule and antibiotics

目的探析妇科千金胶囊联合抗生素治疗对于慢性附件炎的临床价值。方法120例慢性附件炎患者,按照掷骰子法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组提供抗生素治疗,观察组提供妇科千金胶囊联合抗生素治疗。比较两组治疗效果、疾病复发率、不良反应发生率、炎症因子、活动状态。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率98.33%高于对照组的86.67%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗1个月、3个月和6个月的疾病复发率分别为0、0、1.67%,低于对照组的10.00%、13.33%、16.67%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率3.33%低于对照组的6.67%,但组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后的肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-1β、白细胞介素-8、C反应蛋白低于同组治疗前,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-1β、白细胞介素-8、C反应蛋白低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后卡氏行为状态评分表(KPS)评分高于同组治疗前,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后KPS评分(85.65±7.89)分高于对照组的(73.73±6.87)分,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科千金胶囊联合抗生素治疗慢性附件炎效果佳,复发率低,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical value of Fujing Qianjin capsule combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic adnexitis.Methods 120 patients with chronic adnexitis were divided into a control group and an observation group according to dice playing method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was provided with antibiotic treatment,and the observation group was provided with Fuke Qianjin capsule and antibiotic treatment.The therapeutic effect,recurrence rate,incidence of adverse reactions,inflammatory factors and active state were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.33%,which was higher than 86.67%of the control group,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The recurrence rates of the observation group at 1 month,3 months and 6 months of treatment were 0,0 and 1.67%,which were lower than 10.00%,13.33%and 16.67%of the control group,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than 6.67%in the control group,but there was no statistical significance between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1β,interleukin-8 and C-reactive protein in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1β,interleukin-8 and C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the Karnofsky Performance Status(KPS)score in both groups was higher than that before treatment,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the KPS score of the observation group was(85.65±7.89)points,which was higher than(73.73±6.87)points of the control group,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuke Qianjin capsule combined with antibiotics for the treatment of chronic adnexitis has good therapeutic effect and low recurrence rate,which is worth popularizing.
