老年急性脑梗死患者血清5-HT S100β水平与睡眠质量凝血功能的关系研究

Relationship of serum 5-HT and S100βlevel with sleep quality and coagulation function in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨老年急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、中枢神经特异性蛋白(S100β)与睡眠质量、凝血功能的相关性。方法选取72例老年ACI患者设为观察组,72名健康体检者设为对照组,比较两组受试者血清5-HT、S100β水平、凝血功能指标[凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)]及睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分],采用Pearson法分析血清5-HT、S100β水平与凝血功能、睡眠质量的相关性。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者PT、APTT较短,TT较长,FIB水平较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者PSQI总分及睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能障碍7个维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组患者血清5-HT、S100β水平均高于对照组(P<0.01)。老年ACI患者血清5-HT、S100β水平与PT、APTT呈负相关(P<0.01),与FIB及PSQI总分、睡眠质量、催眠药物维度评分呈正相关(P<0.01),与TT无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论老年ACI患者血清5-HT、S100β水平与患者凝血功能、睡眠质量密切相关。

Objective To explore the relationship of serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and central nervous specific protein(S100β)level with sleep quality and coagulation function in elderly patients w it h acute cerebra l i nfa rction(ACI).Methods Sevent y-t wo elderly ACI patient s were selected as observation group and 72 healthy examinees as control group,such indexes were compared between two groups as serum 5-HT and S100βlevel,coagulation functions(prothrombin time[PT],activated partial thromboplastin time[APTT],thrombin time[TT],fibrinogen[FIB])as well as sleep quality(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index[PSQI]score),and the cor relations of ser um 5-HT and S100βlevel with coagulation functions and sleep quality analyzed using Pearson method.Results PT and APTT were shorter,TT was longer and FIB level higher in observation than control group,differences were statistically sig n ifica nt(P<0.01).The total,sleep qualit y,hy pnagogic time,sleep du ration,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,hypnotic medication,and daytime dysfunction score of the PSQI were all higher in observation than control group(P<0.01).The serum 5-HT and S100βlevel were higher in observation than control group(P<0.01).Serum 5-HT and S100βlevel were negatively correlated with PT and APTT in ACI patients(P<0.01),positively with FIB level as well as the total,sleep quality and hypnotic medication score of the PSQI(P<0.01),and weren't with TT(P>0.05).Conclusion The serum 5-HT and S100 of elderly ACI patients are closely related to coagulation function and sleep quality.
