非自杀性自伤青少年家庭照顾者疾病获益感的质性研究

A qualitative study on benefit finding among family caregivers of non-suicidal self-injury adolescents

目的调查非自杀性自伤(NSSI)青少年家庭照顾者疾病获益感,为NSSI青少年患者的治疗及康复提供参考。方法选取15名NSSI青少年家庭照顾者进行访谈,采用Colaizzi七步分析法对访谈资料进行整理、提炼及分析。结果NSSI青少年家庭照顾者在照护患者时体会到疾病获益感,可以归纳为4个主题:感受的生命意义、能力的提升、认知的改变及感知他人的支持。结论NSSI青少年家庭照顾者在照顾患病孩子的过程中体会到获益感,医护人员应重视照顾者的疾病获益感,引导其发挥家庭支持功能,以减少患者NSSI行为的发生,促进患者早日康复。

Objective To investigate the benefit finding among family caregivers of adolescents with nonsuicidal self-injury(NSSI)in order to provide reference for the treatment and rehabilitation of NSSI adolescents.Methods Fifteen family caregivers of NSSI adolescents were interviewed and interview data sorted,refined and analyzed using Colaizzi's 7-step method.Results Benefit findings experienced by family caregivers of NSSI adolescents when caring for patients could be summarized into four themes:feeling the meaning in life,improvement of the ability,cognitive changes,and perceiving the support of others.Conclusion Family caregivers experience the benefit finding when caring for NSSI adolescents,medical staff should pay attention to caregivers'benefit finding,and guides them to play the family support function to reduce the occurrence of NSSI behaviors and promote early recovery.
