精神疾病专科医院护理不良事件影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors of adverse nursing events in psychiatric hospital

目的了解精神疾病专科医院护理不良事件发生情况及其影响因素。方法采用回顾性研究,对2021~2023年某精神疾病专科医院不良事件上报系统数据库中的249例护理不良事件进行调查,并对结果进行分析。结果护理不良事件发生率排名前三位分别是跌倒事件、自伤事件、擅自离院事件;Ⅲ类事件发生率最高,占比为47.79%;0:00~8:59时间段护理不良事件发生率最高,占比为27.71%。护理不良事件发生情况在患者年龄、住院时间、所在病区、是否接受过无抽搐电休克治疗方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论精神疾病专科医院护理不良事件影响因素是多元化的,应建立早期风险意识,强化安全培训,以提升医院护理质量,保障患者安全。

Objective To investigate the occurrence of adverse nursing events and influencing factors in psychiatric hospital.Methods A total of 249 adverse nursing events from reporting system database of adverse events from 2021 to 2023 in a psychiatric hospital were retrospectively studied and results analyzed.Results Adverse nursing events ranking first three were fall,self-injury and leaving hospital without permission.The incidence of classⅢevent was the highest and accounted for 47.79%.The highest incidence of events occur red during 0:00~8:59 and accounted for 27.71%.Differences in the occurrence of adverse nursing events in terms of age,length of stay,patients'wards,and whether they received MECT were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The inf luencing factors of adverse nursing events of psychiatric hospital are diversified,early risk awareness should be established and safety training strengthened in order to improve nursing quality and ensure patients'safety.
