专科延续跟进式赋能模式结合家属督导护理在腰椎骨折患者中的应用

Application of Specialist Continuous Follow-up Empowerment Model Combined with Family Supervision Nursing in Patients with Lumbar Fractures

目的:探究专科延续跟进式赋能模式结合家属督导护理对腰椎骨折患者自我护理能力及功能锻炼依从性的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月抚州市第一人民医院骨科收治的90例腰椎骨折患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各45例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予专科延续跟进式赋能模式结合家属督导护理,比较两组自护能力、功能锻炼依从性、腰椎关节活动度及腰椎功能。结果:干预后,观察组自我护理能力量表各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组功能锻炼依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组腰椎前屈、后伸、侧屈活动角度均大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组Oswestry功能障碍指数评分低于对照组,日本腰椎矫形外科学会评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:专科延续跟进式赋能模式结合家属督导护理用于腰椎骨折患者可以提高自护能力与功能锻炼依从性,并改善患者腰椎关节活动度及腰椎功能。

Objective:To explore the influence of specialist continuous follow-up empowerment model combined with family supervision nursing on self-care ability and functional exercise compliance in patients with lumbar fractures.Method:A total of 90 patients with lumbar fractures in Department of Orthopedics of First People's Hospital of Fuzhou were selected from January 2021 to December 2023,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,whereas the observation group received specialist continuous followup empowerment model combined with family supervision nursing.The self-care ability,functional exercise compliance,lumbar range of motion and lumbar function were compared between groups.Result:After intervention,the scores of dimensions of self-care ability scale in observation group were higher than those in control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The compliance of functional exercise in observation group was better than that in control group,with a statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,the angles of lumbar forward flexion,back extension and lateral flexion in observation group were greater than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Oswestry dysfunction index score in observation group was lower than that in control group,while the Japanese society of lumbar orthopedic surgery score was higher than that in control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Specialist continuous follow-up empowerment model combined with family supervision nursing for patients with lumbar fractures can enhance self-care ability and functional exercise compliance,and improve lumbar range of motion and lumbar function.
