中药熏洗联合八珍汤加减在腹腔镜下患侧输卵管切除术后患者中的临床运用

Clinical Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combined with Modified Bazhen Decoction in Patients after Laparoscopic Salpingectomy of the Affected Side

目的:探究中药熏洗联合八珍汤加减在腹腔镜下患侧输卵管切除术后患者中的临床运用。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年5月于贵溪市中医院治疗的80例腹腔镜下患侧切除输卵管术后患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和联合组,各35例。对照组采用常规抗生素治疗,联合组在对照组基础上加入中药熏洗联合八珍汤治疗。观察两组的恢复情况、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、抗米勒管激素(AMH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平及随访术后1年妊娠情况。结果:治疗前,两组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组AMH、LH、FSH、E_(2)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组AMH、LH均低于对照组,FSH、E_(2)均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组再发异位妊娠率低于对照组,宫内妊娠率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗联合八珍汤加减可促进腹腔镜下患侧输卵管切除术后患者的机体恢复,减缓术后疼痛,改善性激素水平和妊娠情况。

Objective:To investigate the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with the Modified Bazhen Decoction in patients after laparoscopic salpingectomy of the affected side.Method:A total of 80 patients after laparoscopic salpingectomy of the affected side treated in Guixi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and combination group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional antibiotics,and the combination group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with modified Bazhen Decoction on the basis of control group.The recovery,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,levels of anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2))in both groups were observed,and pregnancy status was followed up 1 year after surgery.Result:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in VAS score between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS score in the combination group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistical significance in AMH,LH,FSH and E_(2) between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,AMH and LH in the combination group were lower than those in the control group,and FSH and E_(2) were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence of ectopic pregnancy in the combination group was lower than that in the control group,and the intrauterine pregnancy rate was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with modified Bazhen Decoction can promote the recovery of patients after laparoscopic salpingectomy of the affected side,relieve postoperative pain,improve the level of sex hormones and pregnancy.
