沙漠地区光伏支架基础选型及试验研究

摘要 为研究预应力管桩、预成孔注浆地锚桩以及钢螺旋桩在沙漠地区作为光伏支架桩基础形式的适宜性,以沙漠地区某光伏新能源项目为例,基于施工现场原体试验,从预应力管桩、预成孔注浆地锚桩以及钢螺旋桩施工工艺和单桩承载力两个方面对比分析研究了3种不同光伏桩基础型式,提出了更适宜沙漠地区的光伏支架基础形式。结果表明:预应力管桩的桩体采用预制结构,桩身完整性好,而且施工较为简单且施工质量比较容易控制,施工效率更高;钢螺旋桩在施工过程中需注意钻进速度,不宜过快,可保证成桩质量;预成孔注浆地锚桩的桩体在成桩过程中质量控制难度较大;预应力管桩的抗压、抗拔和水平承载力普遍较高,均可满足光伏支架基础的荷载要求,预成孔注浆地锚桩的抗拔承载力偏低,不满足上部荷载要求,钢螺旋桩由于桩身材料的因素导致其水平承载力偏低,可根据实际荷载要求选择使用;预应力管桩相较于其他两种桩型不论是施工方面还是承载力方面更适合在沙漠地区使用。试验成果对沙漠地区光伏桩基础设计具有借鉴意义。 In order to study the suitability of pre-stressed pipe piles,pre-formed hole grouting anchor piles and steel spiral piles as the foundation form of photovoltaic support piles in desert areas,this paper takes a photovoltaic new energy project in desert areas as an example.Based on the original construction site test,three different photovoltaic pile foundation forms of pre-stressed pipe piles,pre-formed hole grouting anchor piles and steel spiral piles are compared and analyzed from the aspects of construction technology and single pile bearing capacity.A more suitable photovoltaic support pile foundation form for desert areas is proposed.The results show that the pile body of the pre-stressed pipe pile adopts a prefabricated structure,the pile body has good integrity,and the construction is relatively simple and the construction quality is relatively easy to control,and the construction efficiency is higher;the drilling speed of the steel spiral pile should be controlled during the construction process to ensure the quality of the pile;the quality control of the pile body of the pre-drilled grouting anchor pile is more difficult during the pile formation process;the compressive,tensile,and horizontal bearing capacities of pre-stressed pipe piles are generally high,all of which can meet the load requirements of photovoltaic support foundations.The tensile bearing capacity of pre-drilled cast-in-place piles is low and does not meet the upper load requirements.Due to the material of the pile body,the horizontal bearing capacity of the steel spiral pile is relatively low.However,it can be selected according to the actual load requirements.Compared with the other two pile types,the pre-stressed pipe pile is more suitable for use in desert areas in terms of construction and bearing capacity.The test results are of reference significance for the design of photovoltaic pile foundations in desert areas.
