2020—2022年拉萨市人民医院急诊内科疾病谱分析

Analysis of disease spectrum in emergency internal medicine department of Lhasa People’s Hospital from 2020 to 2022

目的目的分析2020—2022年拉萨市人民医院急诊内科疾病谱分析。方法方法对近3年来就诊于本院急诊内科所有患者,使用回顾性分析,分析其疾病谱。结果结果纳入病例15793例,其中2020年5331例(33.8%),2021年3813例(24.1%),2022年6649例(42.1%);男性8221例,女性7572例,男女比为1.08:1;年龄15~39岁共7173例(45.40%);≥90岁74例(0.50%);就诊于急诊内科病例中排名前3位的分别为消化系统疾病(30.67%)、呼吸系统疾病(25.89%)、循环系统疾病(10.46%);单病种中高原特有病急性高原反应在2020年、2021年、2022年占比分别为10.2%、12.0%、12.9%。结论结论2020—2022年3年来拉萨市人民医院就诊的病例数大致相等;急诊内科病例中前三位分别是消化系统、呼吸系统及循环系统;患者中男性居多,且年龄以15~39岁为主;其中高原特有的急性高原反应占比逐年呈升高趋势。

Objective To analyze the spectrum of diseases in the emergency internal medicine department of Lhasa People's Hospital from 2020 to 2022.Methods Retrospective analysis was used to analyze the disease spectrum of all patients in the emergency department of our hospital in recent 3 years.Results A total of 15793 cases were included,including 5331(33.8)%in 2020,3813(24.1)%in 2021 and 6649(42.1)%in 2022.There were 8221 males and 7572 females,with a male to female ratio of 1.08:1.There were 7173 patients(45.40%)aged 15-39 years.74 patients(0.50%)aged≥90 years;The top 3 cases in emergency internal medicine were digestive diseases(30.67%),respiratory diseases(25.89%)and circulatory diseases(10.46%).Among the single diseases,the proportion of plateau specific acute mountain sickness in 2020,2021 and 2022 was 10.2%,12.0%and 12.9%,respectively.Conclusions The number of patients treated in Lhasa People's Hospital in the three years from 2020 to 2022 was roughly equal;The top three cases in emergency medicine were digestive system,respiratory system and circulatory system.Most of the patients were male,and the age was 15-39 years old.Among them,the proportion of acute mountain sickness,which is unique to plateau,is increasing year by year.
