重金属螯合吸附剂的制备和吸附性能研究

摘要 采用CS_(2)、C_(3)H_(5)ClO等原料制备螯合吸附材料HDTC,用于探究吸附剂在废水中对Zn^(2+)、Pb^(2+)离子的吸附性能,采用SEM、BET和FTIR等表征手段对HDTC进行分析,对比传统吸附剂活性炭等,其具有较好的孔隙结构,其孔径与比面积达到28.0892 nm、36.87 m^(2)/g。同时考察不同温度、pH条件下HDTC对Zn^(2+)、Pb^(2+)的吸附效果。结果表明,在pH为5~6、温度45℃条件下,HDTC对Zn^(2+)、Pb^(2+)的饱和吸附量分别为368.9和435.3 mg/g,对Zn^(2+)、Pb^(2+)的吸附过程满足二级动力学方程和Langmuir吸附等温模型。 The chelating adsorption material HDTC was prepared by using CS_(2)、C_(3)H_(5)CIO andotherraw materials to explore the adsorption performance of the adsorbent for Zn^(2+)and Pb^(2+)ions in wastewater.In this paper,SEM,BET and FTIR were used to analyze HDTC.Compared with traditional adsorbents such as activated carbon,it has better pore structure,and its pore size and specific area reach 28.0892 nm and 36.87 m^(2)/g.At the same time,the adsorption effect of HDTC on Zn^(2+)and Pb^(2+)under different temperature and pH conditions was investigated.The results showed that the saturated adsorption capacities of HDTC for Zn^(2+)and Pb^(2+)were 368.9 and 435.3 mg/g,respectively,under the conditions of pH 5~6 and temperature 45℃.The adsorption process of Zn^(2+)and Pb^(2+)satisfied the second-order kinetic equation and Langmuir adsorption isotherm model.
